 Hi Everyone,

Welcome to Release Day where today all the stamp sets, card kit, dies and impression plates are available for purchase fromTaylored Expressions. Please stop by Taylor's Blog to check out all of the info on the release and also don't forget to stop by the Fresh Out of the Oven section of the TE store to see all the fun new items! As part of release day fun, the Baker's Dozen are showing release day projects from all of the different stamp sets that are available today. All of the Taylored Expressions stamps are on deeply etched red rubber already mounted and ready for stamping! For my sneak peek, I used the super cute stamp set: Wild West which is illustrated by the awesome Nancy McKinney who created such beautiful western images and this stamp set pairs perfectly with the super cute Moka Jesse and Moka Jane which will also be released today!

When I first saw the Wild West stamp set, all I could think of was a desert scene at night and so I created a little desert sky by stamping the cactus and then masking it and then sponging the sky over the masked cactus and moon (that I created by sponging over a 1 3/4" punched circle). It was so much fun to sponge the different colors and for the land, I ripped some brown pieces of cardstock and created a sandy landscape. The sides were distressed and the top part of the image was sewn with some twine and then I added some rope down the side and a fire on the other for fun :) I adore the sentiment: "been missin' you somethin' fierce! SO cute!

Card Ingredients:
Paper: Kraft and Snowwhite Cardstock from Taylored Expressions
StampsWild West: from Taylored Expressions
Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black, Paris Dusk, London Fog, Dandelion and Cantaloupe and Rich Coco
Accessories: Copics, 1 3/4" circle, dimensionals, liquid pearls, rope, twine, paper piercer, liquid pearls, stickles

I couldn't stop at this card and made one more with the cute saloon door stamp in the Wild West: I love how they can swing them open if you cut in the middle, so I stamped the image on brown card stock and then cut it out - the inside of the saloon doors were colored in with copics and then I added a little raffia around the card and some rope up top with just wee bit of liquid pearls :)

Card Ingredients:
Paper: Bazzil Cardstock and Snowwhite Cardstock from Taylored Expressions, patterned paper: Pyrus from Basic Grey
StampsWild West: from Taylored Expressions
Inks: Memento Tuxedo Rich Cocoa
Accessories: Copics, liquid pearls, raffia, rope, ribbon from stash

This release is so much fun and awesome and I hope you have enjoyed all the sneak peeks from this week! Please check out all of the Baker's Dozen's projects today as you will see something from each of the products that are available in the store right now!
